Update Mods to Linux Server

Need to delete dir first.

Did you stop the service before updating?

Are you using AMP? If so, their SFTP implementation is broken, causing folders to be listed but then says they don't exist when trying to delete them. Since the server is running linux, you can use SFTP to the host's SSH directly instead of AMP's
