Bazzite getting hostname from separate Linux install?
The situation:
- Had Windows on one SSD, Arch on the other SSD
- Installed Bazzite over Windows (Bazzite .iso kept failing to download even through Motrix so I installed Kinoite and rebased to Bazzite)
- All seems well... but for some reason Bazzite's hostname is set to my Arch install's hostname.
- Setting the hostname to something else works, until you reboot.
I do find it quite annoying & confusing. I'd love some clarity about this, potentially a fix, and whether or not there are other things that may interfere between these two installs somehow. Cheers 👌
