try reinstalling valorant
is that what you did to fix it>
no i didn't but a friend of mine did
hello search msinfo32 in your search bar then send me a screenshot
latho before uninstalling you need to exit riot client and vanguard from the arrow extension also called hidden icons on your task bar
then go to control panel and unisntall
i would need the baseboard manufacturer
alright, go to your bios
k
then what
you're in the bios rn?
once you're in the bios, go to advanced mode (f6), open the Security tab then send me a screenshot of the Security tab
If your talking about all the secure boot and stuff I have all that on
well not all
but like the stuff that needs to be on
yes?
so uh what do you want me to do?
if options aren't there I will look deeper that's why I need pictures of your bios, as ASRock's bioses might not be the same on every motherboard
^follow this step
let me know if you have an issue with this
set secure boot to on
It is
send me a picture of the secure boot tab
Weird it is not active
But it’s enabled
set secure boot mode to custom
K done
then press the 'install default Secure Boot keys' button
And clock yes?
Click
yes
then revert back secure boot mode to standard
K now what
K done
verify that the secure boot state is now User
How do you do that
finally it doesn't matter
just save and exit by pressing f10
Ok
And what happens if I go into valorant and it does it again?
and once you're back in windows search msinfo32 in your search bar again, and look for Secure Boot State make sure it's On before loading valorant
I
K
it says on
perfect
should I try val now?
you can launch valorant without any problems
yes it'll work don't worry about it
if it does have problems am gonna be mad
it won't, and if it does it'll be another popup other than van9003
Well I think we good
Thank you @jpplol

if I have anymore problems I will let you know.
