What discords or resources should i know or get started with when getting into java plugins
Too many developers go missing or AWAL for no reason when working on plugins, id rather just learn about this myself, I have a JAVA plugin i paid a guy to work on, he hasnt gave me the code via github, is there a way to look into a jar and review my code for research / expanding my plugin?
Also what are the discords or websites i should know for making java plugins.

yes to the first one
and https://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/spigot-plugin-development/ to the second one
can you send the github of what they made
if i can review whats inside the jar sure i can share the code, but right now im waiting for a response to get the code just uploaded to github
no you cannot use the jar
youre saying i cannot check the code inside it?
you could but it will not be helpful for your learning at all
decompiled code is not fun to look at
okay cool, it was basically a clone of complex spawner crafting system, where mobs drop heads and you can use said heads in a recipe
i wouldnt think it would be too challenging, thanks for the resources you provided
The spigot docs can also be garbage sometimes
