Pages website not accessible from certain regions
Somehow, customers cannot reach our website from the Philippines, whilst they can from other regions. I tried checking some DNS's from the Philipines via dnschecker.org, but that seems fine. If the users use a VPN, it works. How can I resolve this/debug this? Can it be related to us upgrading to Pro? WAF doesn't list any blockages in that region. Domain is

WAF wouldn't show like that. It could be related to Pro as you get assigned different IPs, or could be unrelated. If you can have them run commands, I'd have them run
nslookup dashboard.adlabs.app(dig on mac/linux) and
tracert dashboard.adlabs.app(traceroute on mac/linux) I'd guess firewall/blocking, of some sort

Going to Pro broke the routing for Manila, but I fixed it by enabling Argo Routing. Since I figured it was routing related (and that area shows up 'partially re-routed' on cloudflarestatus, whatever that means), I thought it might fix it and it did. Putting this here for reference for others 🙏

That looks like a connectivity issue between the eyeball network and some of our pro prefixes. I can dig into it with the MTR output
