banned domain on work page causing entire worker not to load

We have a worker page used by multiple domains and out of no where two of the domains come back as reported as banned. Since then the entire worker page is down no matter what URL is used banned or not. I am trying to get assistance on how to fix this. Also additional details on why those domains are banned as they are related to a customer portal / landing page.
