self explanatory, basicly i wanted to get rid of my perma ban from the account that i have forget over a decade. dose that imposible? even if i want to restart the whole progress of my banned account.

Ngl don't think it's that bad cause you still have to start from scratch either way
you get banned for a reason, they don't care about what level you are, IE if ur banned for toxicity, starting from scratch isn't going to suddenly change that
same goes for exploiting, and most other ban reasons.
your progress is completely irrelevant, you are banned for a reason
they dont moderate ban evades
