ostree admin error

Hey guys! So I am currently trying to install Bazzite at my laptop and I can’t do it because it’s giving me errors. The error is “ostree admin instutil set-kargs rhgb quiet root=UUID=An UUID here rootflags=subvol=root rw” and it’s exiting with error 1. Just so you now I am dual booting with the same drive but different EFI BOOT partition

Solution:
I'm using an external USB 3.0 SSDs for my Bazzite testing boxes. It's not nearly as good as an internal SSD or NVME but it works well enough for me

Was your seperate EFI boot partition used for anything related to Fedora in the past? If it was you could try and format the seperate EFI boot partition. If it's a new EFI boot partition then I have no idea what's causing that issue. If you give Bazzite it's own disk entirely, that might work. There is a Bazzite install troubleshooting guide too https://docs.bazzite.gg/General/Installation_Guide/troubleshoot_guide/

Bazzite is a custom image built upon Fedora Atomic Desktops that brings the best of Linux gaming to all of your devices.

You should be able to install on an external NVME drive too. I haven't tried though. I only have a bunch of old SSD drives from old laptops.
