I already contacted them and they didn’t help me, I didn’t even receive an answer

I've been waiting for an answer for almost 2 weeks
read tos for anything you might have done, if they arent responding, you either sent too many tickets(meanin youre now blacklisted) or you broke TOS
I didn’t do anything like that, and I only sent 1 ticket
