My account was permanently suspended for a reason I don't know. Even though I sent a ticket, I received no response. Can anyone help?

you'll have to wait for an answer from support (24-72 hours), staff over on discord aren't riot employees
I've been waiting for support for 2 months
create another ticket i guess?
I sent them 3 or 4 times, they said they would call back but they never did.
