I got falsely banned

I have created an appeal and its been over 4 days with no response... What should I do? I was playing Valorant and I get banned in the middle of a game. I don't know if reporting the enemy Iso had anything to do with it, but the only apps I use while playing valorant are valorant tracker and outplayed(A clipping software). In my 4 years of playing I have never used any 3rd party software that gives you an unfair advantage, so I am really confused and disappointed about getting banned.
