you'll have to downgrade to windows 10
as said on dell website, your computer doesn't support windows 11 (tpm2.0)

there is no tpm port on your motherboard so even if you bought a tpm 2.0 module you wouldn't be able to use it

How can I enable secure boot I have a Thinkpad t490s
Restart it then wait for the BIOS splash screen then press delete, F12
Then find secure boot and then enable it
