Gaming Mode allow apps in desktop mode to stay on
It is what it sounds, I want the applications that I made to set up on desktop mode to stay on when I go back to gaming mode.
Is there anyway to do that?

I am using Legion Go
there is not
you can maintain services with systemd, but applications you have open will close always
what are you trying to accomplish exactly?
Trying to keep my bazzitearch distrobox alive for the main part
I use it for easytether
no need for bazzite-arch on bazzite, a normal arch box is all you need
and if you make a systemd service for easytether it'll stay running
How can I acomplish that

Normal arch box gave me trouble, been there done that. Bazzite arch worked for me
point to
/usr/bin/distrobox-enter name -- yourapphere
Alright will try that out soon
This is what I do and I have no idea if it has any negative consequences. This is assuming that you are running KDE
When my Ally is docked. Instead of switching to desktop, I just press CTRL+ALT+F2 to switch to TTY2, log in via terminal (note that you won't see any output while you type your password) and run
startplasma
to start up the desktop. Now what's cool with this setup, is I can google stuff, chat on discord etc while I have a game running in GameMode which is still running on TTY1 which I can switch back to with CTRL+ALT+F1.
