There is no recovery partition in this one aswell

What did u try when u said this
U can't
u can
u can make recovery drive
all i did was try change the disk 1 or 0 to gpt
Open windows update
Check for updates
If there are any major updates it will create another recovery partition

do i restart

I am not sure how a recovery drive acts as a recovery partition
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-create-recovery-partition-on-the-same/9c0590f5-9c67-4a0a-be07-f203abf92b8d

There is nothing u can do
Except reinstalling windows
Or without using a usb with the installation media to replace every single file required to get another recovery partition

U quite literally obliterated the recovery environment so no shit its not there
you'll have to find it by downloading an windows iso like jidat said, you can follow this article
winhelponline(.)com/blog/extract-files-windows-10-iso-dvd-install-wim/#seven_zip
While u r at it, open cmd as admin
Type this
reagentc /info
Show result
its disabled js so u know
Need to see evrything that it says

Yea it doesn't say anything for location
so how do i even get the
U will need to get the file using the installation media
Personally, i would just reinstall windows
And make it GPT and set bios mode to uefi while doing so
