[Regression] Cannot connect to university WiFi network on latest version

It takes a while to connect then either fails or asks for credentials again, which upon entering it again takes a while and then fails to connect. Connecting to other wifi networks works (I tested it with a phone hotspot), and reverting to a slightly older image of bazzite fixes the issue with no configuration changes.
