I purchased a streaming package for $10 on October 25. On November 12, I modified the package to add 10,000 minutes of video storage for a total of $50. However, a fee of $20.97 was deducted from me on November 12. Another $60 was deducted from me on November 25th. I don’t know what the $20.97 was deducted from me on November 12th. It seems like an extra fee was deducted from me. I don’t quite understand it. Can you help me explain it?

No, I have no idea. You need to open a billing ticket Only thing I can think of is that the ~$20 fee on the 12th is the prorata fee for the minutes of storage from 12-30november, instead of a full month where it would cost $50 What does the invoice from the 12th say?
