Question about manual fan curve Ally
I have a problem with the fan curve on my ROG Ally. I customized it the way I wanted, and it works until I restart my Ally. The setting in the HHD remains on manual, but when I enter a game, the fan curve doesn't activate at the temperature I set. I have to switch to the 'Disabled' fan curve setting and then switch back to 'Manual' for it to take effect. Is this intended, or is it a problem on my end?

It's not intended or your fault
What does that mean?
It's a bug
I'll look into it
Alright
Thanks
There is a Linux armory crate created by the rog Linux community
I've installed it on my G15 and it works
It works good with Fedora based distros and Arch, but since bazzite is immutable, unsure if you could install it
I have the legion go so I'm chilling
Ah there is something for silverblue
https://asus-linux.org/guides/fedora-silverblue-guide/
We don't support that for the ally
You're righ
I'll try to fix it
So this doesn't impact just me? (sorry for the late response)
Because I touhght I did something wrong when installing bazzite
Thanks for the suggestion
How long do you think is this going to take? Don't want to rush you., Im just curios.
I just noticed that the manual curve doesn't take effect when you switch TDP, and you have to toggle between 'Disabled' and 'Manual' for it to take effect, just like when you restart the Ally.
i pushed the fix it will be on the next build
Great news! Thanks for your work
