I keep getting punished for no reason

This always appears in the middle of my games and I get timer rrestricted all the time riot hasnt even bothered to help me
Hoonestly so done with this all Im tryna do is grind battlepass
7 days is way too long
what is the status of your ticket

I provided literally ALL the logs required of 2+ games, plus screenshots and videos of proof that I was actually disconnecting and crashing randomly
It has reached the point where I cant even play unrated to grind battlepass
Go to the support website and then my tickets
The link will be in the email u received when u made the ticket
This is so dumb
335 hours for something thats not my fault
If its not a riot server issue
it kinda is
But anyways, if you manage to clear the issue, support can help with the penalty
but again you have to find the ticket
and follow
I found the ticket now how do I get them to remove the penalty

Show what u wrote to them
probably submitted a ban appeal
and just got denied with no response
instead of tech issue

If you still have the ban
or for the future
write a ticket under the category of tech issues
explain to them what is the issue and ask them for penalty removal
If you follow trough, best case scenario you wont have the same in game problem and the ban will be gone
