Someone here have same problem, u need to reset your bios by reseating battery on your motherboard.
After that u need to go into your bios by the F10 button, enable Secure Boot (might this video help you: https://youtu.be/Hxga_5RBB2w?si=VbuTjt84cnF3k4-H) then after all of this u need to change from CSM booting into UEFI. After all save & exit to reboot.
I know it’s kinda difficult but I have same issue with my old graphics card and this is only fix I find out.
