First one is way too small. Second is still small, but better. You'd be better off with a larger size
really I find the second ones fit length wise to be too long
Length is long but the rest of it fits better
Next Level runs kinda long in the torso IIRC
any recommendations for daily shirts in general ?

Yeah people get t shirts hemmed, it’s a very easy alteration, probably $10-15
