what hardware do you have?
10700k and 4070
also using the igpu from 10700k wondering if it tries to run that through that or something
the error does look GPU-related

can you run
flatpak list | grep heroicHeroic Games Launcher com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl v2.15.2 stable system
and which is funny is that it runs fine through terminal
that implies that one of the launch arguments is triggering different behavior

at this point, it's beyond what I am familiar with. you may need to bring this up on the Heroic server to get someone who can fix Nvidia issues
Well, atleast the prog works through terminal and games launch without issue.
