You can’t trade a Pokémon back to yourself. Best thing to do is mirror trade.

I think you need to be able to teleport next to someone to be able to trade, which idk how to do. You’re gonna need someone who knows how to do that or someone in person willing to trade.
A mirror trade is trading the same Pokémon. So if you don’t want to use 100 candy for the evolution, you and someone else both trade a machoke and get the free evolution.
