Stuck on "deploying /run/install/repo/bazzite-stable

Im running it through Virtualbox on Windows 11. My GPU is RX 5700xt, CPU r5 3600x. When I've gone through all the steps and press install, I get stuck on this screen (~10 min so far) saying "Deployment starting: /run/install/repo/bazzite-stable."

It's not stuck, that's the install actually happening

Since you're in a VM you might just need to be more patient depending on how much hardware you've given it

Also note that if you're installing the deck version it's going to be expected for it to boot to a black screen in a VM unless you pass through a GPU

The installer progress bar is very deceptive. It will jump from 10% to like 100% in one go. Also by default Virtualbox gives the VM very few CPUs and like 2GB of RAM by default. So you might want to double check on those before you start trying to install.

I have made sure to give it more cpu cores

What disks are you using underneath your VM? If it's a HHD, the install might take about an hour to install

An ssd. It was just incredibly slow (45 minutes slow), and it works now. Thanks for the help

An m.2 specifically. Funny it was so slow, but oh well, it only needs to be done once

I've also decided to move to Workstation Pro. It seems to perform better than VirtualBox for me
