wrangler.toml route fail open?
Using wrangler, is there a way to specify the fail mode (open, closed) of a route? I can do this in the console but have found no documentation for configuring this with code.
Opened a ticket and will update with what I learn. Thanks if anyone knows the answer.

it is not something supported today, definitely give your +1 here: https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/2078
worth noting fail open is only for free plans for when you exceed the limit
