Tickets aren't being responded
I've opened several tickets for recovering my Valorant account because my gmail was hacked, however it's been 4 days and I got no response, is riot games customer support this bad? Or am I missing something.. anyways can anyone help me highlight this issue to Riot Games

And I had no way of knowing if the ticket is being submitted coz i don't receive any email
I tried that but it says your account is not being able to recover

if you dont have 2FA with your riot account you can just log in to the support page and look into your tickets
I had 2fa turned on
And I can't log in back

Coz the verification code is sent to my hacked gmail
