Installation error. Can't install bazzite
I created 2 partitions and formatted them. one 60mb efi and another 150~gb ext4 both with proper mountpoints. Regional and language settings were set to english. Happens with both internet connection and without it. User created without password.

looks like you need to read the documentation https://docs.bazzite.gg/General/Installation_Guide/
literally covers manual partitioning (as its different for fedora atomic systems compared to the traditional distros) and also has error 1 in troubleshooting
the fact that your efi is 60mb and you made a 150gb ext4 partition are clear tells you didnt check the install guide 🙂

unless you mean you just never entered the user creation page, in that case the username is
bazzite and password is bazzite
