shouldnt c be an ans too ? i get the fact that K only changes with temp but at certain temp pressure is bound to be diff thus changing it

to close the thread when your doubt is solved. Mention the users who helped you solve the doubt. This will be added to their stats.why would pressure change at a set temp
i think its word play??
it would be dependent on the Partial pressure of CO2 and yea although CO2 is the only gas it may be possible that this is THAT type of question yk
also what equilibrium constant is it talking about
if its Kc obv it has nothing to do with pressure
Kp it has everything to do with Pressure
if temp changes then pressure must too right
that does kinda make sense
Gay Lussac
i mean if temp changes pressure must change too so Kp depends on pressure
wait it should be T only ig because pressure change is due to the fact that temp is changing
if at a certain fixed temp volume changes then pressure must too but that doesnt mean that Kp will change
right?
by that logic Kp=Kc RT^delta ng so kc will change with kp then?
there is a concept of a dependent and independent variable in math, i think you are extrapolating that in an incorrect manner in this equation.
here, Kp is a fixed idea, it does not depend on pressure.
pressure adjusts itself according to the value of Kp at a given T.
yessir
shall we close this out?
yeah , thanx
