Tried to enable secure boot in my bios so I could play valorant now my pc won’t display anything

I restarted my CMOS by shorting it and taking the battery out for 10 minutes, took my ram out, gpu, disconnected my power supply, tried to plug in a different monitor, tried to use a tv, tried using hdm1 still nothing im in desperate need of help I can’t afford another pc

Wasn't ur bios mode set to uefi when u enabled secure boot?

Yes it was already set to uefi And I didn’t mess with anything else other than the secure boot options

No nothing displays on my monitors My pc turns on and runs fine my keyboard, wheel, mouse, and speaker all turns on but my monitors won’t display anything And like I’ve said I’ve tried using hmd1 instead of the port I was originally using I’ve tried using a different monitor a tv, I’ve restarted and tried to short my CMOS and still nothing

Its plugged into an extension port it turns on and displays no signal then goes to a black screen and stays like that after I boot it Pretty sure my gpu

Ryzen 7 3600x I’m pretty sure And the oke farthest rough is hmd1 and the other one is a monitor plug I forgot what it’s called but I use it for one of my monitors since I only have one hdm1 port It’s the display port that it’s plugged into
