How to escape the ELO system?
By using valorant tracker too see the performances of my teammates and their performance in game when i got in i've never got queued with someone thats like the same level as me and i always have to be the one top fragging in order to win the game. I wonder whos idea was it to use the ELO system in a FPS game.

My personal opinion is that tracker can only discourage you, especially if you are low elo
seeing stats of teammates and enemies wouldn't help you achieve much
in fact if you see someone with crazy stats on the enemy you can unintentionally play worse
Focus on your gameplay and aim and regardless of teammates or enemies, you will eventually climb
if you improve
:this:
looking at all the stats will just kill your mental
that is true but thats not my point
what im saying is that as im always the one performing the best i always get queued with people thats not as good and i've never queued someone that like the same skill level as me
i never even cared about the enemy stats
in my understanding ELO system is basicly a system that tracks your performance and if the system thinks you're good enought and able to carry other people it puts u with people thats not as good so u can carry them, and if you are a good players you most likely played for a long time and will not quit that easly so it makes you get queued with people thats not as good to keep the game active
and usually when i get a lose streak or after a few tuff games
theres always gona be a easy game after that
where the enemy is basicly like bots
so the system literally make you lose a few games and then let you win 1 game so u dont get tired/bored of the game which keeps the game active
So are you telling me that you have never queued with someone as good as you on your team?
because that's a bit of a main character syndrome, which I approve btw, definetely helps climbing if you believe in yourself that much : D
the system is definetely not made for you to win 1 and lose 2
I can take a bronze account and get it to plat in a few games
just because of the performance bonus that is made in low elo
+ streaks
If it was classic ELO system(the original and old one, like in chess for example) then it would have been 3x more difficult to climb
I am having trouble seeing where that stops you tho
because even if what you are saying is true that you are simply a better overall player in your current rank, then that would mean you will just climb with enough games?
i guess im just not skilled enought🦈
thanks
