netherite mining glitch

a bunch of players on my server have been experiencing a glitch where their pickaxe mines extremely when mining higher blast res blocks like obsidian and ancient debris, I have not been able to reproduce the glitch but I have attached a image of the pickaxes that break (all pickaxes break but this one is seen to break the most so I used it)

That's definetly not vanilla so maybe consider asking the Support of the CE plugin you use I remember Telepathy having weird issues on AE a while back

You shouldn't use skript, I would recommend that you just learn Java Can you share the skript so we can see why the problem is happening?

if event-block is diamond ore:
    cancel drops
    if "%lore of player's tool%" contains "&7Telepathy":
      give player {_drops} of diamond with lore "&7&lCOMMON"
  else:
      drop {_drops} of diamond with lore "&7&lCOMMON" at event-block

if event-block is diamond ore:

maybe they have other factors that you arent seeing maybe they have mining fatigue or mining speed isnt applying to them for some reason tbh it is a new addition, maybe its just bugged sometimes?

minecraft attributes are really tricky half the time they just dont apply or they do aapply but something else is acting against them
