Can someone help my brother 2 times getting 24h penalty for nothing and on my account i getting message thanks for feedback but i never reproted him

Does anyone here have problems with the “short games” like Spike Rush or Escalation? I ALWAYS get stuck in the loading screen and have to wait for the game to finish. Last time I got an AFK ban for half an hour. For nothing. Is this a bug? I've only had this recently. I can only play unranked.
