Hello, guys!

I just started ASP.NET Core MVC, and I tried to create ToDoList App. I have a question after build first app. Is there any guide for getting job? Learning roadmap, requirements, or something...

You'll find a variety of learning roadmaps, but the prevailing wisdom is to learn by doing. Come up with some projects for a portfolio. There is a #career-talk channel. Getting your first job can be a challenge depending on your goals and locality. Internships help quite a bit for getting job experience and a foot in the door. You can find avenues of pseudo professional experience with some organizations that traditionally need low cost assistance, churches, clubs, etc.

There are mvc jobs about, but frequently that means legacy code

If I want to get a job, which one should I learn it? In .NET Enviroment?

It's more nuanced than that. No one is going to give you a job because you know mvc. People hire you to solve problems.

Yes that's right I agree, but I just start learn .net. I jsut want to know if I want to get a job as .net dev, I want to know what do I need for that?

Any job is realistically going to be a mix of dead, legacy, and new code. Some might be MVC, some might even be webforms, anything newer is probably react or angular. You won't see much in terms of blazor any flavor. If it's an enterprise non tech org, they'll probably be some MVC. there's a lot of variables
