Help Please

Every time I open val, it says a system restart is required, but clearly that isn't the problem as I restarted my computer several times already. After watching tutorials, they said to unistall Vanguard so when I open valorant again it would allow me to reinstall vanguard, which will fix the problem. However, I am unable to delete vanguard so I was wondeirng if there was anyway to fix this
