HHD not working on bazzite LeGo
I installed bazzite and after fixing many issues, I cant get the steam quick access menu up in game mode. I have tracked the issue to Handheld Daemon not "rendering" in decky. Can anyone please help?? windows is doodoo on these devices!!:cat_sad: edit:typo

What do you mean by not "rendering"?
in decky it says the plugin is not redering

HHD isn't a decky plugin
You just either double click or long press the right system button, and it should appear
there is some sort of decky plugin for hhd. Long press/double tap does not work for me
anyways i cant replicate the hhd not rendering thing because i uninstalled and reinstalled plugin. it refuses to recognize my lego controllers
Hold on, I'll have to ask antheas because I've still not used HHD all too much
I'm going to assume it's because HHD isn't starting/starting correctly
Don't use the decky plugin
i have since tried the desktop app. it is not showing any options for the lego controllers either
i think i'm going to do a reinstall for the 2nd time and try to rebase to a bazzite with hhd 3.5.x
maybe issue is 3.6.0. I have to go to bed for work. I appreciate you all trying to help!

yes the controller stuff only unlocks on the go
so an update: i exchanged my lego for a new lego. i had purchased an open box unit that i believe had some bios shenanigans afoot. The new unit exchange gave me 16 bucks back because of the black friday sale!!! keep you posted and thanks for helping so far!
Let it be known, the bios were screwed. open box or rma lego are no good for linux.

setup -> update controller firmware and everything in windows -> flash linux
i guess you had one with decent bios. the one i had had an upside down screen during the bazzite install and afterwards. the legion buttons on the upper left and right of the device did not function at all
did you check the bios for the keycode?
if thats missing the buttons wont work
