Java server with gyser

I am thinking of running a Java server with gyser. Everyone basically plays on bedrock, but I like some of the Java plugins and ease of management compared to bedrock. Am I able to add custom textures? Custom mobs? And extra tools/weapons/armor? Like when they join the server, it tells them to download the necessary files

Or how many packs can I merge?

there's no limit to how many texture packs can be sent to bedrock clients bedrock clients have the ability to have custom entities, blocks, items, animations, almost everything to be included in a texture pack. The only issue is that geyser on spigot won't let you take advantage of that. Custom written fabric server side mods can add most of those however

for example, here's a custom block I added with fabric/geyser

So I'd have to run fabric with gyser? What about paper?

I'm unsure if you can register custom entities/blocks, etc. on Paper

itemsadder has some support for bedrock so, you can add a bunch of IA stuff to bedrock
