Phantom CNAME Record (from Spectrum?)
Hello, I used to be a Pro client for a couple of months and had spectrum configured for minecraft. After reverting back to the free plan I have attempted to create an A-Record play.example.com however I keep getting hit with the error "A CNAME record with that host already exists."
Looking at my DNS zone configuration and searching for such a record returns no results. I can only find said record through dnsdig like tools.

Well what's the hostname or the record that is seen externally? Spectrum CNAMEs are
<uuid>.pacloudflare.com

Trying to access the URL for spectrum managament directly or via my browser's history simply shows page not found (probably because im on the free tier now)
yea that's Spectrum, you can't access the spectrum app anymore at all on your forum? Best way to escalate if so is to post on the community forums about the issue so they can get a ticket created for you, as if you only have free left on your acct you won't be able to submit one in the right category
