Cloudflare is blocking all traffic to my domain and falsely flagging it as DDoS, even my own request

Hi all, I have a domain on Cloudflare that I host my web app and use the "proxied" feature to route all http traffic to my domain. However since 2 days ago, cloudflare has started to block literally 99% of traffic to my domain and in the security > events tab they all show as blocked, HTTP DDoS. Rule id says Rule ID l7ddos. I am 100% certain that these are false flags because even I can't access my own web app, my own IP address is getting blocked too and marked as DDoS. Opening my domain in a browser just comes up with a blocked page by cloudflare. I have not made any changes, or created any rules that might be causing this. Please help

I also have the same problem at a similar time. It would be nice if there is a solution.

Support sent me to another hosting site that supposedly is the origin server. Thinking he was just trying to clear his chat queue.

I'm already set waf custom rules and managed rules to skip all but it doesn't help I've created a new ticket. They just said "we are currently investigating this case" without providing a solution and it has been 2 days and there has been no reply
Peps
