CF Workers AI returning blank responses (only qwen 14b)

Hey there, I'm trying to use the REST API for @cf/qwen/qwen1.5-14b-chat-awq, but the API's returning blank responses. It has worked for months up until today. I get this (4 runs, 4 responses)

If I pick any of the other models, it works. Qwen 14b even works in the Playground, just not the API....
