Does 1.1.1.1 change ip?
so one result which is from cloudflare docs says yes it does but a reddit post says no it doesnt. which is true???

1.1.1.1 dns/nameserver is different with WARP app
WARP is like VPN
1.1.1.1 dns is just resolve domain like google dns
Even your screenshots provided tell you this, but I could understand the confusion and unawareness of the terms. WARP is a product name, and that product is essentially a VPN. 1.1.1.1 is a service name, and that service is DoH (DNS over HTTPS). DNS is basically an address book while a VPN is like staying at "a hotel" (which could be anywhere near or far from home).
Why does it say 1.1.1.1+warp as if it's meant to be ran together tho

But also it's not saying it as if they're meant to be ran together. It's saying it as if they are being ran together.
