Manage Button Does not Open the Page to Restore Domain

I need help ASAP , because I received an email stating that nameservers were not assigned to cloudflare anymore … the registrar is Cloudflare I did not purchase domain somewhere else. I did not change anything on settings and I check whois and the nameservers are fine , the web had worked for about 4 years just fine and never had this issue. So, then checking my previous email I realized the domain was not renewed on November , it seems my card was not updated . So I updated the card but when I went to manage domain page , and click the bottom to the right in blue that says manage (to restore the domain) I can only see the page for about one second and see there is a restore green button but because the page does not stay ! It comes back to the manage page … too fast then I can’t click the REStore domain … please help as it says that in 28 days my domain will be deleted
