Can really short guys pull off the Daniel Simmons look without seeming even shorter?
Are there any examples of guys who are 5ft 6 and under pulling off the minimalist Daniel Simmons style with baggy jeans? I think these baggy jeans look great on someone who is taller like DS, but it feels like shorter guys will just seem even shorter with this style.

scroll thru #waywt and look for fits with baggy jeans. Can you tell who is short and who is tall? No? well there ya go.
i can tell that smiles is short but everything else i have no idea
That just looks like a normal outfit to me I'm not sure why short people wouldn't be able to wear it.

I would find higher rise baggy pants. That should help elongate your legs and pull off the look without drawing attention to your height. Might help to tuck in a your t shirts or have button up shirts that are slighter shorter to help as well like in the second and third photo. You can tell that his pants sit a bit higher. If you try to pull of this look while wearing the pants lower on your waist I think that’s where you’ll run into issues.
