Looks cool! I like how you drew t the hair with neon, adds personality if that makes sense. though a critique would be is that on the digital art you’re over blending the hair and clothes, a good wya to balance it out is to blend only a bit of that color but leave some to stay as is/ little blending if that makes sense.
