Yes they patched winexp
is there any other way or do i need to start learning 16:9 after two years of playing 4:3
use the default
My method for the 4:3 is
1. Set VAL on windowed > fill
2. disable all ur monitors from device manager,
3. set 1393x960 as default res from nvdia panel,
4. Set VAL on fullscreen
and its also the only way to get the 4.3 stretched in fullscreen so you dont have any input lag issues
