Topcoat Brand Suggestions
I'm looking for some brands that have cool topcoats. I'm fairly short (5'7") so shorter items might work. Preferably it has a waist belt. Would prefer a coat made of wool, budget is in the 500 bucks range and it should be available in Europe. I'm pretty open to a variety of textures and colours besides navy.
