I was at 0 rr d2 and lost 18, then gained 18 but im at 94?

i was at diamond 2 0 rr, lost 18 rr and deranked, i gained 18 but im now at 94. I never dodged a game

there is this bug going around where you load into a match, but you stay stuck for like 7 minutes on player cards screen

Not really, dodging a ranked game takes a lil bit of RR only
