Two pods disappeared from the console

Two pods disappeared from the console and they are still billing. I opened a support ticket.

Our all 10 pods are not visible as well. I think there is a big incident going on on runpod @Madiator2011 Just tagging in case your team is not aware of it Our servers inside pods are still running, so I think there is an issue with just fetching the pods and not with them directly.

an Admin in General: engineers deployed a change to frontend making them not appear, reverting changes now, all of your pods are still there so no need to worry the pods are back

but what about the charges that have been issued in that time? Because of this incident, I tried to set up several pods that failed and exited that I terminated, but didn't end up actually being stopped or terminated and just accumulated as I tried again and again to set up a pod. I was getting charged far more than expected and couldn't cancel anything in that time. Is there anything that can be done about that?

I was having issues longer than that, and like I said, I kept attempting to make more and more pods and they just added up more and more on charges without me being aware of it
