Two pods disappeared from the console
Two pods disappeared from the console and they are still billing. I opened a support ticket.

Looks like they've nuked all pods in the console?
Did your pods get deleted and still billed also?
I lost all my pods just now, while in middle of setting up and working on a new pod
Will all my data be lost?
Our all 10 pods are not visible as well.
I think there is a big incident going on on runpod

Our servers inside pods are still running, so I think there is an issue with just fetching the pods and not with them directly.
an Admin in General: engineers deployed a change to frontend making them not appear, reverting changes now, all of your pods are still there so no need to worry

but what about the charges that have been issued in that time? Because of this incident, I tried to set up several pods that failed and exited that I terminated, but didn't end up actually being stopped or terminated and just accumulated as I tried again and again to set up a pod. I was getting charged far more than expected and couldn't cancel anything in that time. Is there anything that can be done about that?
Absolute rando unrelated to Runpod here: but it was like 10 minutes right, are they going to refund us a few cents?
I was having issues longer than that, and like I said, I kept attempting to make more and more pods and they just added up more and more on charges without me being aware of it
