Okay so i just recently bought vp buy mistake in my second account because my card wasnt working on my main account for some reason i just wanted to ask if i can refund vp for cash

i think so yeah. but if the vp you bought was giftcard then no refund
nope i bought the vp with visa card i got the receipt and all that yeah
then wait what the ticket response will be
last thing can you tell me how long can a ticket take to get an respond?
