How to install components into a network
I runned '/net select 123' (123 is my network's name) to choose my network, and then I made a chest on creating table. After putting that chest on the ground, I used Network Wand to click it by my mouse's right key. It told me that that chest wasn't a network component. Is my operations right? How can I install a chest into my network?

So right now, your chest is just a regular vanilla chest.
You need to craft installable components at the crafting table (They have the texture of an item frame, but are called Input/Sorting/Misc Containers).
Then right click the chest with such a component item. That will turn the chest into a network chest.
