bahrain connection problem

i live in oman and play on bahrain servers, ive had 20/30 ping my whole life and just recently it shot back up to 150/170, i tried changing my dns server in case its like a routing problem from my ips, previously this happened and i rmr i was playing around with my internet settings and somehow it was fixed immediately but i rly dk what i did there, i doubt its my isp cuz it usually gets fixed rly quick like 2-3 days but this has been going on for weeks and its not the first time. also to note that this isnt a ping spike problem its a high ping problem. :< also i dont play on dubai cuz of ping spikes and all my friends play on bahrain ISP : Omantel
