How was I able to get this Tunnel to work without Docker?

Hi again, I was the guy who was successful in getting my IIS Webserver be connected to my Registrar Domain via Cloudflare Docker, but I realized that my Tunnel's Container ID was not anywhere in my Docker, instead, ChatGPT said that I was likely able to run the Tunnel independent of Docker and used some library. But I honestly do not know how I was able to do this, nor did I install any special software other than docker. Much thanks.
